Position Overview
You will be a highly confident and motivated individual with prior experience in the hospitality industry, ideally using Fourth Solutions. This individual will work with our Sales, Project Management and Customer Success teams in every stage of the customer life cycle to provide Solution and Industry based knowledge and expertise.
You will work closely with Fourth’s prospects and customers understanding their business and configuring our Solutions to meet their requirements to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer creating value and maximising growth opportunities. You will develop a deep understanding of the Fourth solutions and the ability to transform our Customers’ requirements as well as consulting on best practice. You will build great relationships and act as an ambassador for the company and our products.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensuring all emerging or enterprise qualified sales opportunities are supported through the sales cycle, maximizing chances of sales success and delivering maximum deal size every time. Perform the following key functions as part of the pre-sales process:
o Discover customer or prospect business requirements as part of the pre-sales process
o Deliver solution demonstrations
o Produce the necessary pre-contract documentation, including but not limited to; Statement of work, solution design documentation etc.
Delivery of the required Fourth solution as part of the implementation process configuring Fourth Solutions to meet Customer requirements to enable the delivery of a solution that works well for each customer creating value and maximising growth opportunities. Perform the following key functions as part of an implementation:
o Discover customer business requirements and document your findings
o Create a task list and timelines working with the customer and any applicable implementation partners within the wider Fourth team
o Own the software configurations for all Fourth products and documents best practice process and system configuration with customers
o Configure the solution in line with best practice in consultation with the Customer to ensure optimal design of Fourth Solutions to best meet business needs.
o Ensure any applicable data is loaded to the solution
o Deliver customer training, leveraging digital learning tools
o Support the customer through a “hypercare” period post initial go-live
o Participate in formal hand-over with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams within Fourth
Maximising user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers; expanding user adoption of Fourth Solutions through projects and portal reviews. Perform the following key functions:
o Complete portal reviews and solution health checks for existing customers
o Provide guidance on “what works well” for operational processes to optimise solution usage
o Work with existing customers on solution maturity projects to drive ROI
Creation of solution training content for the Fourth Academy and Fourth’s Knowledge hub as well as design and delivery of materials for face-to-face training sessions (where applicable)
Within the team, each member will focus on two or more of the core accountabilities within their role leveraging each person’s skillset and preferences whilst allowing the flexibility to adjust to the business requirements
Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications
Experience consulting with Customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
Ability to quickly understand Customer requirements and design suitable processes, using relevant experience and best practice knowledge.
Presentation, solution demonstration, training and meeting facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines
Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels
Focused, with a high attention to detail
Driven to deliver to standards of excellence
You are analytical, logical, organized, and creative.
You must be comfortable working in a team environment yet confident enough to achieve your results in an independent manner.
