We’re seeking a Senior React Native Developer who brings deep expertise in mobile app development. The Fourth App acts as the mobile gateway to the platform, enabling managers and employees to collaborate and run daily operations on the go.

The app supports workforce management, including scheduling, shift management, time‑off requests, and payroll visibility, while also enabling inventory and purchasing tasks such as stock counts, ordering, and goods receiving. By bringing these capabilities into one connected platform, Fourth helps businesses save time, reduce costs, and improve both employee and guest experience.

Your daily job will include:

• Code delivery in React Native and React

• Deploy and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store

• Design, develop and unit test solutions of any size or complexity

• Produce clean code

• Participate in front end/UI development which follows best industry standards in terms of user experience

• Diagnose defects, and provide effective solutions

• Provide development estimates, be a part of planning sessions

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams

• Understand and support the release management process

• Mentoring team members

• 4+ years of experience in JavaScript

• Solid knowledge and experience with React Native and React

• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store or Apple App Store

• Git

• HTML5 & CSS 3 (SASS / LESS)

• REST API
